Catering Equipment

To enable us to continue providing serving stands, plastic platter boxes, trays, utensils, boards, chafing dishes, salad bowls and other reusable catering equipment free of charge, the following conditions apply:

  1. All reusable equipment supplied with your order remains the property of the Company and must be available for collection on the agreed date and at the agreed time.
  2. Unless a Clear-Down Service has been booked, all reusable equipment (excluding cloths) must be emptied of food, cleaned and ready for collection. Cloths do not require washing, as these will be laundered by us.
  3. Customers may choose to add our Clear-Down Service (subject to availability) prior to payment of their final balance. This service includes the collection of unwashed equipment, disposal of leftover food and takeaway items, and the washing of all reusable serving equipment. Charges apply and are based on the size of your catering order.
  4. Customers ordering sandwich buffets served on our reusable plastic platters may choose to purchase new platters at the time of booking. Purchased platters become the property of the customer and may be recycled after use, removing the need for collection.
  5. All reusable equipment is thoroughly sanitised and prepared by us before each use. We kindly ask that all equipment is treated with care so that we can continue to provide these items free of charge as part of our catering service.

These terms have been introduced to help us maintain the high standard of our service while allowing us to focus on food preparation and presentation during our busiest periods. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation and continued support.

Prices – Prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

Cancellations & Refunds – If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We take pride in the quality and presentation of our catering, therefore, if you have any questions or issues at all please get in touch.
We unfortunately do not issue refunds, but are happy to move your order to an alternative date if you inform us 48hrs or more before your order is due to be delivered. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be offered.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your table you must inform us within two hours of set up. This can be done by email, through our website, direct messaging or a phone call. We request that you send us photos of your graze so we can see what the issue is.
